I’ve been coming here for year now and it never disappoints. Whether you order your meals premade and pick them up or go into the store and pick what’s already there…it’s all great! It makes eating and hitting your goals easy!

I eat here for lunch several times a week, and I also get the meal prep. This place is amazing and keeps me in my calorie deficit, (im down 80 pounds since January). The employees Haylee and Paige are super nice and always display the best customer service. I recommend this place any day

Amazing Food & Phenomenal Service! This place is an absolute gem! It is so hard to find a spot that serves food that is both incredibly healthy and packed with flavor, but they completely nailed it. Everything tasted vibrant, fresh, and high-quality. To top it off, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Eating healthy usually feels like a chore, but this place makes it a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

I would like to give a higher rating. However, regarding theie smoothies, this company only offers WHEY based protein. Of course, people are going to have their ideas about this subject. But, more and more health organizations are supporting a plant-based option as opposed to only a dairy-based option. Certainly low expense cost is a non-factor. My thinking is that at the very least... a forward "healthy" restaurant would consider offering an alternative. "Just food for thought!" ;-)
